Position Title: Junior Systems Engineer

installations.
We specialize in enterprise scheduling systems and provide end-to-end support, including
installation,
configuration, training, and customized implementations. Our team works remotely and on-site as
required.
We are actively exploring Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and predictive
analytics
to enhance automation intelligence, improve operational efficiency, and deliver data-driven
insights for our clients.
Our solutions leverage AI-powered tools and data science methodologies to optimize system
performance and solve complex business problems.
Role Summary/Purpose:
Full or part-time position, depending on candidate availability.
As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will assist in the creation, deployment, commissioning, and
troubleshooting
of customer systems. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn not only Workload
Automation systems
but also how AI, machine learning, and data analytics can be applied to generate actionable
insights,
optimize workflows, and solve diverse business challenges. This entry-level role offers the
opportunity
to grow technically while gaining hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation
intelligence,
and data-driven problem-solving.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate creation, upgrade, deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of
customer systems
Understand system operations and interactions with connected systems, assist clients in
gathering data for issue analysis,
communicate current status, and manage expectations
Identify opportunities to apply AI, ML, predictive analytics, and automation intelligence to
improve system efficiency
and client outcomes
Support development of AI-powered solutions and data-driven insights to help clients make
informed decisions
May involve training customers on system use, emphasizing AI-enhanced capabilities
Support Systems Engineers and Pre-Sales Engineers in technical and AI-related tasks as needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering (in
progress or completing soon)
Familiarity with general AI concepts, machine learning techniques, and data science
methodologies
Understanding of predictive analytics, data-driven decision-making, and automation
intelligence
Ability to travel up to 25% within Canada/USA if needed
Possibility of applying for TN Visa status in the USA
Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash, KSH, Perl)
Knowledge of XML structure and data formats
Windows/Linux OS knowledge (installation, file structure)
Knowledge of networking infrastructure and general TCP/IP connectivity
Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMWare)
Candidate must provide his/her own computer for work
